It begins with how you live: the room, the way you use it, the feeling you want the piece to have. We discuss dimensions, wood species, and design direction.
I create a simple drawing or 3D mock-up and refine proportions until the piece feels right. Once approved, I source lumber specifically for your project.
Boards are jointed, planed, and milled. Joinery is cut by hand and machine, then carefully fit. Edges are shaped, surfaces smoothed, and every detail tuned.
Finishing is slow and deliberate—multiple coats of natural oil, hand-rubbed, followed by a protective topcoat where appropriate.
Your piece is delivered or prepared for pickup, with care instructions so it can be enjoyed for generations.
